Markets served
The complete cosmetic ingredient portfolio — backed by technical support.
From active ingredients and functional additives to specialty ingredients, we help formulators find the right raw materials for performance, quality and application needs.
ADCHEM's cosmetics and personal-care segment spans the full formulation toolkit — from Swiss-origin plant-derived actives and organoclay rheology systems to conditioning emollients, natural film-formers, and sensorial modifiers. Every principal in the portfolio is selected for chemistry credentials and documentation depth.
What differentiates ADCHEM from other distributors in our markets is the formulation extension. Two laboratories — in Bergamo, Italy and Lahore, Pakistan — allow customers to take any ingredient in our portfolio and receive not just a sample but a tested starting formulation, a stability study, and a pilot batch. From brief to shelf, in one engagement.
"ADCHEM is uniquely positioned in our markets because we can talk to a formulator about the active, integrate it in our own lab, and then supply it from regional stock within the same project timeline."
01
Formulation support — from ingredient to prototype
The Bergamo and Lahore labs work with cosmetics customers on a project basis — skincare serums, emulsions, hair masks, sun care systems. Customers receive a tested formulation brief, bench prototypes within weeks, and a stability study that can go into their CPSR or PIF directly. We turn ingredient catalogues into shippable product.
02
In-region stocking — the MENA and South Asia advantage
ADCHEM holds cosmetics ingredient inventory in Dubai, Istanbul, St. Louis, Bergamo, and Lahore — meaning personal-care brands and contract manufacturers in the Gulf, USA, Europe, South Asia, and North Africa receive consignment stock from in-region rather than waiting for long intercontinental freight. Lead times measured in days, not months.
03
Regulatory documentation for regional submissions
COSMOS certificates, Ecocert confirmation, halal documentation, TDS, SDS and country-of-origin — all supplied automatically via COSMO, our proprietary platform, with every order. For EU-registered ingredients entering various markets, our regulatory teams support the dossier route.

Helping formulators move from idea to finished product.
From ingredient selection and sample evaluation to technical documentation and commercial supply, we support every step toward a production-ready formulation.
The cosmetics markets ADCHEM serves — MENA, South Asia, Türkiye, and export-facing European production — are converging on a set of shared formulation priorities. Understanding these trends is what shapes our principal selection and our lab's work.
Brands in MENA and South Asia are increasingly required to prove what their actives do — clinical study data, in vitro and in vivo evidence, and regulatory support letters are now table stakes for premium retail.
Retail chains across the GCC, Turkey, and Egypt are requiring COSMOS and Ecocert credentials for new natural-positioned listings. Our Bergamo lab produces COSMOS-aligned prototype formulations for brands navigating this certification route.
For manufacturers exporting to GCC and MENA markets, Halal certification on cosmetics ingredients is moving from a differentiator to a requirement. ADCHEM’s regional regulatory teams support Halal documentation across applicable ingredient lines, with certification available for most principals in our portfolio.
Consumers in premium and mid-market segments across South Asia and the Gulf are increasingly texture-literate. The K-beauty influence on skin-feel expectations — light, non-greasy, fast-absorbing textures — is driving demand for sophisticated rheology systems.
Consumer concern about aluminium salts in antiperspirants is driving demand for non-metal-based active alternatives across markets where deodorant penetration is growing fastest — Egypt, Pakistan, GCC.
