Customers and ADCHEM teams can follow the same order from enquiry and sample stage through purchasing, shipment, delivery and documentation. Instead of information being split between individual offices, spreadsheets and long email chains, the commercial history stays with the customer and the product.

Data sovereignty
COSMO is an ADCHEM-owned platform rather than an off-the-shelf third-party CRM. It was developed specifically around our distribution model and the markets in which we operate.

The route depends on the requirement.
A 5 kg development sample should not move through the same supply chain as a 20-tonne excipient order.
ADCHEM uses a combination of air, sea and road freight according to the urgency, product characteristics, destination and commercial requirement. Our regional footprint also allows us to combine international freight with local stocking and last-mile distribution.
Cold chain capability
Where products require controlled ambient or 8–2°C handling, ADCHEM can coordinate suitable storage and transport conditions throughout the supply chain.

From development quantity
to commercial scale
A customer may initially require only a few kilograms for trials before moving to drums, pallets or full-container volumes. ADCHEM can support that progression without forcing the customer to change supplier or supply chain at every stage.

ADCHEM goes beyond samples, providing representative materials for formulation, testing, and qualification, with technical and laboratory support from our teams in Bergamo and Lahore when further development is required.
